Bally's Total Fitness and Deceptive Advertising!

I feel everyone should know about this before you sign up with Bally's Total Fitness! Buyer beware, you can't cancel the contract for the next 3 YEARS unless you die or move to mars where there are no Bally's. If you don't pay your bill, Bally's immediately sends this debt to a collection agency. Now I think someone should hold Bally's accountable for their fraudulent business contracts because this is unconscionable. The Bally's where I live is dirty and filthy, I only noticed that after my first time using it and that was my last. Bally's DOES NOT provide the service that you were promissed in the contract and yet they want to bully you into paying for a gross bacteria infested gym, the place is like a gas station rest stop. Bally's cleans the gym once a year which are unsanitary health conditions that should be reported to the health department.
